Spiritual Sacrifices
1 Peter 2:9 - But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Gracious and Compassionate is He
Isaiah 30:18 - Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore, he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!

Shining (not living) in the darkness
Isaiah 60:1-2 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
Fearless Confident and Honouring
Psalm 27:3 - Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.
